Teach What I Have Taught is a collection of songs that have come from the ministry of Frank Aragon.

As a Worship Pastor....
Frank Aragon has served on a church staff for close to 2 decades. Music is an important part of the response, as well as teaching the church. Songs like "That You May Proclaim" is a direct quote from 1 Peter 2:9 ESV. To sing these songs over and over reminds the church who and Whose they are. "Grateful People" was written for Sunday morning worship during Thanksgiving, to give voice to the people to confess gratitude for all God has given them.

As Itinerate Minister...
Frank Aragon has been traveling and singing for many years. It started during the Texas A&M days, playing music with friends. It carries over to current multiple appearances every year. Sometimes, retreats focus on various themes, like "'Unashamed,'' "Living it," and "This is my Story." These songs were written during the days planning for the weekend retreat.

The overall project title is "Teach What I Have Taught." This comes from 2 Timothy 2:2, which says, "and what you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also." (ESV) Followers of Jesus were taught the good news that Jesus died for sins, and rose from the dead, offering forgiveness. That good news, among other amazing teachings, are passed to each believer. This verse instructs the Christian to pass that on to other faithful people that will also be able to pass that on. This project seeks to convey those truths with catchy lyrics, and heart-felt melody.

Frank performs for all ages. One of his favorite is preteen age (7-12). "With All my Heart" has that age group in mind. it's fun, energetic, and even has a "stomp" break in the song.

"Teach What I Have Taught" does not accomplish it's purposes unless something is learned about the Christian faith. Let the music lubricate the soul. Examine the content with the Bible. Pass the message on!
